| Full Description | Badge created for the attendees of the IMechE Summer Meeting in Edinburgh in 1933. The badge is gold-coloured metal and a cut out design. At the top is a pair of dark blue banners, one with the name of the city and one with the year. At the bottom is another banner with the name of the Institution. In the centre is the symbol of Edinburgh - a shield with a castle in the very centre, with a woman on the left, a stag on the right and an anchor on top. It has a needle pin fastening. |
