| Full Description | A name badge created for attendees of the 1956 Summer Meeting in Edinburgh. It is formed of two parts made from silver metal. The first section is the the symbol of IMechE (the chained horse on a globe) on top with a blue band around the edge and another banner containing the year and city beneath. That is connected by two small chains to the bottom section containing the nameplate. |
