| Full Description | Badge created for attendees of the IMechE Summer Meeting in Bristol in 1930. It is a circular design made of gold-coloured metal with a needle pin fastening. There is a dark blue banner around the edge containing the name of the Institution and at the bottom there is a small green banner presenting the name of the city and the year. In the centre the symbol of the city of Bristol (a ship and a castle) and the city motto (Virtute et Industria) are displayed. |
