This model is based upon the last centre engine with single cylinder organ engine made by Savage's Engineering Works of King's Lynn in 1934. Cherry Hill referred to general arrangement drawings supplied by Savage's and took measurements from the original engine - No. 903 - to inform her design. She opted to build to 1/10th scale, as opposed to her typical choice of 1/16th, to enable her to successfully create the organ engine. The project took more than 2,500 hours to complete and received a Gold Medal at the 1985 Model Engineer Exhibition in London.
