Cherry Hill's 18th model was inspired by the agricultural engine manufactured in 1863 by Robert Blackburn, traction engine and steam cultivator. Known as the "Exeter County of Devon", The piece required careful consideration during the research and design stage to overcome gaps in the information provided by the source materials. Cherry found no evidence that an engine of this design had ever been built. The model took 7,500 hours to complete and was presented for competition in 2010. Cherry was awarded a Duke of Edinburgh Award in the following year.
